Passive building abandons traditional coal & gas heating and air conditioning refrigeration, and completely relies on the environment ventilation machine to adjust the indoor temperature, humidity and air quality. In the passive ultra-low energy consumption building, the requirements for the installation of the ventilation machine are extremely strict. It is necessary to scientifically design the internal and external structure of the equipment, the supporting electromechanical system, fresh air system, and controlling system, and carry out careful calculation and system design in the aspects of air distribution, anti freezing and noise reduction, processing technology, etc. The Lowcarn Ventilation Ma· The noise is the bare machine test value, and the system noise will be deviated by the installation environment.

NO.1 Energy Recovery
Outdoor fresh air and indoor exhaust air exchange and recycle heat through special material heat exchange core. The heat exchange rate is as high as 85%. It can maximize energy recovery, save energy and protect the environment.

1. The core is lifelong maintenance-free and does not need to be replaced.
2. It has characteristics of high moisture permeability, good air tightness, tear resistance, aging resistance and mildew resistance.
3. The core body can be cleaned by washing and vacuum, and the outer frame material has super high corrosion resistance.

High Efficiency Combined Filter
A combined filter with G4 primary efficiency and H11 high efficiency is utilized in Lowcarn Ventilation System to purify outdoor fresh air and indoor dirty air, the primary purifying efficiency of PM2.5 is 99.7%, which ensures the indoor clean and comfortable indoor environment.
High quality filter material
The Lowcarn Ventilation Machine filter is made of bamboo fiber and bamboo charcoal, it has advantages of natural-bacterial, anti-mite, deodorization, anti-ultraviolet, air permeability, transient water absorption, abrasion resistance and dyeing.
NO.3Auxiliary Heating and Cooling
Because passive building abandons traditional heating and cooling system, considering extreme weather in winter or summer, on the premise of satisfying ventilation and air purification, the auxiliary heating and cooling functions are added to ensure the comfort of the passive building.
Intelligent Defrost
The intelligent temperature control system of the Lowcarn Ventilation Machine has the function of intelligent defrosting, which can be used normally even in - 20 ℃ low temperature environment. Equipped with defrosting water pan, the condensed water can be discharged smoothly to avoid freezing of outdoor unit.
NO.4 Fresh Air Replacement
Outdoor fresh air is introduced into the room through the air supply fan, which is fed into each room by the air supply pipeline. At the same time, the indoor exhaust air is concentrated and squeezed into the kitchen and toilet. Then the exhaust fan is discharged out of the room, and a “fresh air flowed field” will be formed in the room to meet the needs of the indoor fresh air exchange.
NO.5 Frost Protection
1.In extreme cold weather, the unit will automatically turn on the anti-freezing protection heating function to ensure that the product work normally under extreme condition in winter.
2 Improve the indoor inlet air temperature to ensure the stable and comfortable indoor temperature.
NO.6 Thermal Insulation and Sealing
Lowcarn Ventilation Machine adopts thermal bridge free design concept, using German advanced sealing and thermal insulation materials, exclusive customized precision processing equipment and special dies (the processing accuracy is up to 0.07mm), the precise cooperation of the three factors realizes the excellent air tightness and thermal insulation of the unit, ensuring no leakage of temperature and no cross wind inside, greatly reduces the unit’s air tightness and thermal insulation; and greatly reduced energy waste. The sealing and thermal materials are made of synthetic rubber foam, with closed cell structure, soft and durable, low thermal conductivity ( average temperature 0 0℃, and thermal conductivity 0.034w/m.k), excellent water vapor permeability resistance, excellent fire-resistance performance (Class B1) and other advantages, the temperature range is from -40℃ to 105℃.
NO.7 Intelligent Control Functions
The control system of Lowcarn Ventilation Machine adopts open structure design of IOT, which can monitor temperature and humidity, CO2、PM2.5 and other parameters in at real time.
